Real Estate is an exciting adventure for Terry most days, but can often be very stressful and difficult for home buyers. That's why Terry's here, to take that burden from buyers, and make purchasing a home...whether it be someone's first home, an investment home, or their forever home...as smooth and stress free as possible. For example, there have been times when a buyers lender wasn't the best match for them, but luckily Terry has great relationships industry wide, and was able to find a better fit for those buyers with a lender that was able to close the deal for them. This story perfectly sums up the kind of agent Terry is, and the type of agent he continuously strives to be for his clients. Terry was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard. Terry was raised in Toledo with 7 siblings. As a child, Terry had aspirations of being an actor. Never in a million years did he think he'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life. As the years went by, Terry worked his way from golf caddie to engineering technician, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. Terry got into the real estate industry in 2014 when he decided he wanted to take control of his schedule, so he had more time to spend with his family. He set out in Real Estate to be able to control his time and spend more time with his family, but never expected the fulfillment he would feel by helping his clients achieve their goal of purchasing a home or expanding their Real Estate portfolio. As his career advanced, Terry found his stride working with buyers of every type. Terry found that his knowledge was suitable for buyers in every stage...from first time home buyers to those looking for their forever home, and everyone in between. He has helped many buyers transition from renters to homeowners with less stress than they could have imagined. Terry lives in Perrysburg with his wife and three children, and many pets. In his free time, he enjoys camping, day trips, watching/playing baseball, and anything he can do to spend time with his family. Terry aims to provide the highest level of service to his clients and takes deep pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals.
